Phenomenal organic, vegan Mexican? Yes please! Chef Chandra Gilbert uses local and organic ingredients to craft mouthwatering and fresh plates that pack lots of flavor. We pretty much loved everything we had – especially the gorditas, el plato and flautas de camote. Try the black beans and guacamole too. Bonus, they have unique tequila and mezcal-based cocktails and a great patio!
